So this happened in July.
Bladen has been taking drum lessons for about a month & we realized he really had some skill. His teacher recommended us buying a full size set so he could really grow in his newfound talent. We found one he liked in blue sparkles (that was his request) so we got it.
We are now officially the loudest house in base housing. We moved his drumset to the garage to save our neighbor's ears. But we still have a piano, 2 guitars, 1 ukelele, 1 trumpet, 1 viola, 1 cello, 1 oboe, & now a drumset in our house. Yikes.
Bladen is doing amazing though. His teacher said that in 20 years of teaching drums, he's never had a student pick up on it as fast as Bladen is. Bladen is seriously AMAZING. I'm excited to see his talent grow over the next few years.
