We love the 4th of July here. We have the perfect place to view fireworks without fighting any crowds. I love it. We hike behind the base about 2 miles with blankets & there is a huge hill there that we climb & watch the fireworks over the Shoreline Amphitheater. It's pretty cool.
This year we invited several friends & their families to join us. It made it SO MUCH FUN.
We even played games by flashlight until the show started. It was great.
I think this was our last 4th of July here which is kind of sad. I'm going to miss this tradition.
