Tonight we had a fun Halloween Dinner:
Pumpkin Face BBQ Pork Sandwiches
Remember the other day when I made tacos with shredded pork in the crock pot? Well, all the leftovers made dinner tonight. EASY PEASY.
Just heat up your leftover shredded pork roast & heat it with BBQ sauce. Put it on a hamburger bun. I got some cheese slices & cut pumpkin faces into them & put them on top of the pulled pork to give them a little "Halloween Zest."
Delicious & easy. Enjoy.
