Pumpkin Pockets

This was a fun dinner to make. . .

PUMPKIN POCKETS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup corn
1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
2 cans of refrigerated pizza dough
3 egg whites
green onions

First brown your ground beef & onions in a pan.

Drain off any extra grease; then add corn & BBQ sauce.

Unroll your pizza dough into large rectangles. Cut each can of dough into 9 equal squares (so you'll have 18 total) Put a scoop of your meat mixture into each dough square.

Take your dough by the corners & sides & seal the meat inside forming a ball. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet. You should have 18 cute little round doughballs.

Mix 3 egg whites with red & yellow food coloring (to make orange egg whites).

Spread your orange egg wash over your dough balls.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Then add small cuts of green onion in the tops of each ball to make a cute little pumpkin. ENJOY!
